I agree with myfairlacy you should see if there is some recourse as lots of people don't want to buy if they cannot see the parents in full coat.and the time/money she has cost you in showing tucker.I am so mad for you also.she is a b**** and no amount of apologizing would work for me I mean how can you ever trust her again.
