It sure is nice to know that the crime rate in your area is sooo low that the cops have nothing better to do than go around giving Yorkies tickets for not wearing their licenses!! NYPD Blue might have to be brought back!! I can just see Andy Sip-o-witz (sp) giving a Yorkie a ticket for an impropper dress code! Thank goodness your little guy didn't hike his leg on the cops tire!! I'd fight it tooth and nail!! Sick-em'!!!
