i also have a bunch of vest and dress harnesses made by a few of our members here.
right now my favorite vest harness is a "hug a dog". it has strong velcro around the chest and neck, plus it has a plastic collar like snap on the neck as a safety precaution. it has a d-ring on the top and a little handle that can be used to put a seatbelt thru or for picking up the dog in those quick thinking situations.
