I bought a stroller for Callie and it works great when i need my hands to do things and cant hold a leash plus shes not really tiny so she can get a little heavy to just carrie around for a long time the only problem is callie pees when she gets really excited and sees new people so I have to putt a pad under her that I can wash or throw it away right after she messes on it.
