She had NO right to cute your baby's hair. OF course it will grow back but
SHE HAD NO RIGHT! I am not sure how good of a friend she is, but I have a feeling it would be a long time until I would be able to speak to her.
I would definately call her and let her know how disappointed you are in her.
I would ask her how shocked she would be if her two came home from your house cut like a schnauzer! The nerve
