We put them on & let them walk around the house for a few minutes, until they don't wobble too much & we associate it with going out of the house... so they start thinking that when we put the shoes on, they get to go out of the house. They've gotten so used to the idea of having to wear those shoes before stepping outside... so now, once we start taking the shoes out of their cabinets, all three of them races to us as if screaming "do me first, me first, me first.... please, please, please " it's fun!
