No, I don't have experience with a dog that is blind. But maybe if you started a new thread with your question, you probably will get more responses. I'm not trying to tell you what to do, just by my own experience and reading others on here, I think you might get more people to respond by starting a new thread about that cause unless someone looks in this Shih Tzu rescue thread you probably won't get any responses.
Oh and just recently, I posted a thread in the wrong section, so it happens to all of us @ one time or another. "Good Luck" with responses to your question.
