I don't take mine because 1) they are not really allowed anywhere around here other than PetSmart, and 2) I don't think they would enjoy it very much...they'd rather sleep on my bed!
We take our Bassett outdoor places like the park and state park areas where they are allowed.
If you want to take you little one someone but are unsure if it's allowed, call first and ask.
