We have one in here in the back of our store. We originally bought it so our girls would have somewhere to go when they were at the store all day. they never took to it and we have a grass patch across the way outside that they use so we didn't try to hard.
We are thinking that if you used it with Sod first it would be easier to train them with. Then later on switch out the plastic grass.
