PS, as for the pottying thing... we potty her before we go in and when we come out.
Some doggies are not public friendly. Zorak would make a fuss and want to be running wild. Zoe is a calm baby that is satisfied to just be still and with me.
You have to know your baby and what they enjoy. Zorak would NOT enjoy being confined to my bag/arms. Zoe would NOT be happy staying home and missing out on the shopping.
