Yes, they shiver!
I feel Zoe and Zorak's feet and sometimes they are chilled!
We live in Arizona and keep them in sweaters anytime the highs are under 60 degrees.
When we go into stores/resturaunts I keep a blankey with them so that the air conditioning does not chill them.
a light tshirt in a very light/white based color is great for reflecting the hot sun on summer days.
