Hello to my fellow yorkie lovers!!!!
I'm Devaney, and this is my very first time posting (although I have read countless threads). Kiya is my 3 lb, fully grown yorkie. She's 3 years old, and I just got her a month ago today. I've been dealing with trying to move, as my landlord JUST recently decided not to allow pets where I live, so here we are, about to embark on this new journey together. I wouldn't lose her for the world. She is truly my baby.
I just wanted to take a moment to officially introduce myself to the community. I am happy to finally find a place where I can talk to other yorkie owners. There are some health concerns that I have, which I will definitely bring up at some point. For example, how can one know if a yorkie has allergies vs. a cold, or how can you train your yorkie to become more receptive to teeth brushing? These are questions I will definitley be posting. I've also got some great, positive-reinforcing trainings that I have been doing with Kiya that she is very respnsive too as well, so I'll be sure to post those too from time to time.
