He could also be getting a little chilled. Sometimes what feels warm to us is a little chilly to them if there is any breeze at all especially since he does not have any body fat to warm him. Do you have them on a heating pad? Try wrapping him in a wash cloth and snuggling him when he is crying and see if that helps or snuggle him in your shirt on your chest. He may just be alittle chilled also! Best of luck with them.
