I know your frustration. I had the samething happen to me....
But on the flip side of all this, Would I want to go shopping and be greeted by a dog that my not be as nice as ares?? And if they let one in they have to let all of them in. Then you have to think if you have a male in the store he could hike and do his Business!!!!! What if that was a product you were going to buy you bring it home and discover it-- what would you do then "Call the Manager" So this is such a catch 99. But since the manager didn't call you back you can call the reginal (sp?) manager and that number is posted at the customer service desk. You were entitled a call !!!!
