Most days I just let it roll off my back(after almost 12 yrs) you get better but some days that just does not work and you just have to explode. I have learn better not to get affected when people yell at me for something I have no control over(stuff deleted or won't come in) I had a customer one year close to christmas call me everthing but a white women becuase two days before christmas we were out of that years hottest toy. Supplies had been limited all year. I told her I am sorry but we have not been able to get it in again. She asked me what her child was supposed to do because he really wanted this toy and then cussed me out(called a manager real quick though cuase they don't pay me enough to take that and our manager will tell us that). I would have loved nothing more that to get her this toy but we don't make this stuff in the backroom. I had a coworker tell me one time "What does she want me to do poop it out" At the time that was so funny.
