Often times, liver problems are misdiagnosed as hypoglycemia. Usually, it is much like hypoglycemia, but they don't bounce back immediately after nutri-cal.
Staring off into space, inappetance, drooling, small stature, head pressing, seizures, dark urine, UTI, etc. are all symptoms of liver problems which yorkies are 36 times more likely to have than all other breeds combined.
If you are even mildly concerned, have a bile acid test done. I always recommend that yorkies have this done...
