Yorkies being the #2 dogs wanted have nothing to do with breeders, but rather with them being seen with movie stars and other popular people, and their size. Some breeders and puppymillers have jumped on the band wagon and figured it was a way to make a profit, and don't worry about health, structure, personality or other desireable traits. Also, yorkies being the #2 most popular dog, really has nothing to do with the costs of the tests that reptuable breeders have done for the sake of the dogs. Every breed has some problems that good breeders will test for, besides the normal health tests. You just need to be vigilent when you are looking for a pet to take into your family. |
I agree... "...if you did not like the answer you did not have to read it."
Again, It's my opinion (Well, really a fact about some breeders making a profit) and about 8 other people agrees with me (told me so through PM) so I guess 8 people are wrong. And I guess some people don't realize that not all breeders don't make a profit. In some peoples world, No breeders make a profit. I'm glad I'm living in this one..

... again, MY OPNION... "...if you did not like the answer you did not have to read it." I'm really trying to stay on topic but you're not really helping. Can we just stop talking to each other My answers we already answered anyway?
