You're right, the only reason she would want MiMi back, unspayed, is she was probably going to resell her with full registration.
Sadly, many breeders feel because LP is common, it is acceptable. They should have to experience the pain the dogs feel with it.
I agree with you, breeders should guarantee against hereditary defects, as well. |
