I always use my harness to take Jeter outside, you never know if they are going to be scared of something and bolt. I live across from catholic elementary school, the middle/high school is behind me, A public Junior high is one block over one way and the public library is one block over the other way.It is busy to say the lest so we need to ensure his safety when he is outside.
