i told them about bleu's body cast and they said a couple places do that, but most just go with a full neck brace (like what people wear).
i'm glad Lucy is doing better today. Hopefully she will be able to urinate on her own, but she will need help standing to do it. Its easiest to hold her over a wee wee pad, or a sink (that's not used for dishes lol). good luck! |
The neck brace you are talking about, is that the padded one, made of foam like Val was talking about? I think they used to call them a cervical collar? I saw some of those at the medical supply, if that's what you mean. Of course those won't EVER fit Lucy's little neck, but I could make one similar to that using the instructions Val gave me.
