The worst thing that's going to happen is that shelters will fill up with more and more unwanted dogs due to irresponsible breeding (I'm not saying she will be irresponsible). There are already thousands of dogs out there without homes. Let's save those before we add to them.
I don't necessarily think it's "bad" to breed, but I personally believe you should only a breed an animal that is in conformation with the standard. If not standard, than at least make sure it's healthy. Good luck.
