You might try putting it on her and immediately giving her a treat, praising her, and then taking the collar off right away. Do that a few times and then gradually increase the amount of time she has the collar on from a few minutes to ten minutes to half an hour, etc...
If she sees having the collar on as a positive experience, maybe she will get used to it. Good luck!!
