 Solution
I went to homedepot and bought flexible cord covers. It's flexible, corrigated tubing that has been cut lengthwise so you can easily fit your cords in. you can also cut them to any length. We would keep our phone chargers on our counter tops, but she would go after the lamp cords behind our headborad and it was hard to reach her there to discipline her, so this worked the best for us.....
...plus she eventually grew out of it.
