Puppy proofing a house is a good idea BUT not always perfect. I don't have plugs in my ceiling to plug into, they are all in the wall towards the floor. Tessa does alot of chewing but I make sure that she has rawhide bones or cows ears to chew on. I also rub tobasco sauce on the cords. One taste and she doesn't go back. I also do this for furniture legs. Works great even if some people on here don't agree with it.
