I believe I bought some from PetEdge...as they were a cheaper price.

Each package has an expiration date and once opened, it needs to be used within 3months.

I have never tried freezing it, as we use it in the big dogs food too, so it is pretty much gone by then.

I believe the package tells you what amount to start out w/ by the pound of dog...I think (I can't remember) it was 1/8 tsp? Is that right? ....anyway, just use a little and then work your way up to the amount stated for the size of dog.

I think there are two different formulas, one is normal and one w/ glucosamine (sp) (for healthy joints).

I strongly suggest feeding a good quality dog food as well. May I ask what you are feeding? I say this because I noticed a HUGE difference in Mojo's hair from switching from Nutro Natural Choice (many years ago) to Canidea!
