Vicki I'm a nervous nelly so I'd leave the cast on..heck..he's had it on this long so what's a few weeks more and then he's done. I'd hate to have no cast and then something happen and then you'd be kickin' yourself in the you know what.
Hey - it's almost Easter too so he could be a lamb or Easter egg since St. Patrick's Day and Easter fall within the same week.
