I would go ahead and get them pulled because they can cause a lot of problems. And, if they do not get pulled now, they might not fall out on their own...then he will have to be put under anesthesia again to get it done. As far as cost...every area is different...like the cost of living is different. That would be a little high for middle Georgia where I live...but normal or less expensive for other areas.
