Depending on the size of the ears and the thickness of the ear leathers it can take as long as 14 weeks for the ears to stand. If they haven't stood by 10 weeks than you may want to start taping them though to help them along. As long as you get them standing before the 6 month mark you have a good chance of them staying that way. Yorkies were originally a flpo earred breed and their ears were cropped to get them to stand so it's not that unusual to have a pup in the little that has resistant ears.
