 allergies
My old dog, a terrier mix, had so many health problems. One of them being allergies. Until we found the right food for her, she would like her paws until they were raw or lick the blanket...just about anything. I highly recommend switching foods to see if it controls it. Since they can't tell you when they are itchy or irritatied by a food allergy you have to basically read between the lines. Unfortunately, it took us until she was almost a year and a half to figure it all out. The only thing she could stomach was lamb and rice formula science diet. |
