I would be offended also. I understand she wanted her to go to a home without a puppy, but she could've said that in much more civil way than what she actually said.

I really don't understand why some of these people that are rehoming a dog think they're doing YOU a favor by "letting" you have the dog and try to make the most profit rather than trying their best to find a good loving home.
