I agree, I think it was rude. She could have said it in a gentler way if she really felt that way but I don't get it. I'm always hearing how there are all these dogs in shelters that need homes yet I'm also constantly hearing about people turned down by rescues for reasons like yours or that they don't have a fenced in yard or some other little thing. I don't get it....
