I never even thought about having my dogs' tags on them. Piper's rabies tag is almost as big as he is. Thanks for the idea of putting it on the leash, I'll have to make sure to do it that way because there is no way I'll make my little baby lug that big tag around, hanging from his neck. What a butthead cop!!
Definitely go fight his butt in court. $155 is ridiculous!!!
