Exactly which #s are you interested in, and Ill measure them. To me the ones I say looks like XXS, would probably fit around 2-4lb, but just let which #s and I'll measure them to be sure.
Reeses, I still have the football hoodie. It would probably fit, Slade is 5.5 lbs too, and the only reason it didn't fit him is he is sooo long. But the measurements on it are:
Length -8
Width- 15-16ish
