I agree with the Karo Syrup for hypoglycemia and I SWEAR by NurtiCal when a dog doesn't want to eat or is too sick to eat, especially when hypoglycemic. When our little girl gets too hyper and her blood sugar drops she usually throws up. A quick NutriCal or Karo does the trick. The impotant thing is to get calories and nutrients in their system. We have been using NutriCal forever and always have a tube in the house. Also take it when we travel... for emergencies. |
