My Chloe is 8 months old and has recently started to bark constantly. She sits next to me and cries,barks, and whines. I can't tell if she needs something or just wants attention. I've been tempted to put her in time out so this doesn't become a habit, but I'm afraid to train her not to tell me she needs something.

Anyone share this experience?
