There are a couple of neighbor kids who are deathly afraid of dogs, they scream and cry whenever ANY dog, even sweet ones come close, you would think that someone is trying to kidnap them from the screeching when a dog gets close!! I am babysitting them today and was pretty worried about what they would do with Pippin and Chowder, I locked the dogs up in my bedroom when they first came over so they (both kids and pups) wouldn't be scared. After about 15 minutes, the kids had settled in and I said, "ok, I'm going to let the puppies out so you can meet them"... Guess what! Those kids weren't scared of my babies at all!! Cheyanne the little girl who is 4 yrs, said, " I want a dog like that!" I am just bursting proud of Pippin and Chowder, they were so very gentle with the kids even though they are just puppies themselves!

Pippen and Chowder are such cute names! Chowder was on my short list for dog names but dh said no
