I have a friend in Arlington who goes to the flea market in Canton. She told me that there is a whole section that is for selling dogs/puppies and that there are thousands of crying/barking dogs there. She won't go to that area because it is so horrible and heartbreaking. Puppies are there even when the temp. is 105 degrees. She doesn't understand how the public puts up with it.
