I am sure it is a real dog. When horses have "glass eyes" like that, they tend to have a condition where they don't have "eyeliner" on their eyes or nose. What I'm talking about is the pink coloring on his nose. That area is suceptable to sunburn, where a dog with a completely dark nose doesn't have that problem. So the genetic traits match as far as having light eyes and less skin pigmentation.

I think the "eyebrows" look a little weird.
