I home cook and still give hard food in addition to deitary supplements--glucosamine and flax seed oil. The home cooked in addition to a mixture of SD Nature's Blend, Nutro (which the get very little of now), Wellness and a new kind I just started this week that I am drawing a blank on.
I am very pleased with the results. One piece of advice to keep in mind, if you are supplementing their diet w/ calcium, be sure that are also getting ample amounts of Vit D, otherwise it can actually be harmful for them.
