 South Dakota court rules for puppy
A South Dakota breeder was ordered yesterday to refund $800.00 of the $1500.00 purchase price for a liver shunt puppy. The entire purchase was not refunded due to parents unwilling to part with their baby! This is still considered a victory due to the fact South Dakota has no puppy lemon laws.Those of us whom love this breed need to see these bad breeders held responsible.This breeder is continuing to breed and sell puppies that are proven to have liver issues.Please keep this little girl and her parents in your prayers |
