You can also try to regulate their eating/drinking to work with your schedule.

At 12 weeks this will be hard to change as they are still very young but hang in there.. it will be over soon.

If you feed in the morning and afternoon at least you can take him out to poop shortly after and they may not go inbetween.

Same with the water. Though they need more water so water at lunch is also a good thing.

This should help but you will still have accidents.
