Default Is this normal?...

Gizmo, just in the last week or so, has started chewing on Babsy's ears. I tell him no & he will stop for a minute but then I look up & he is at it again. Most of the time she just ignores it - I guess he isn't biting down hard but sometimes he follows her around with her ear in his mouth. I don't know if he bites down too hard at times or she just gets sick of it because sometimes she will flip him over on his back & hold him down but he only lets up for a little while & then he is gnawing on her again. I guess he is teething (on one side he still has a baby k-9 & the adult one too) but he has also started trying to hump her. Babsy is an older, more experienced, lady of 4 so she just turns away from him or nips at him if he persists but I don't know if the ear chewing is a teething thing or a sign that he is trying to dominate her, or if he is just a little strange. Any ideas?
