Wow sounds exactly like Roxie. I am beginning to think there is something wrong mentally with her. I also have been writing down her schedule to see a pattern, I am wacthing her like a hawk, keeping her in a confined area, put her in her crate when I can't watch her and the one second I am distracted (3 other dogs, kid and husband) she pees on the floor a foot away from the pad. I have never had such a difficult time training one, she just doesn;t get the concept. I think one problem is I wasn't as careful the first 2 weeks and now I am starting over. Also, She can go over 6 hours without going so watching her is a full time job, then she will go in 3 hours so it is hard to gauge when she will go. Sounds like we have the exact same problem, I hope someone can give us suggestions and hope that they will catch on. |
