The best thing to do would be to change her phone number. Then she can give it out to her new friends and the others won't have her information. My sister has changed her cell number several times and always requests we don't give out her number to people without her permission. I don't think you can have numbers blocked from calling, and they can always call/text from another number. Changing her number is probably the easiest and best thing to do
