I know how you feel. Lily was spayed last month and I was so nervous because she stayed overnight also.
I would bring whatever you think would make her comfortable. I brought Lily's favorite blanket and toy. I also put some chow in a baggy to leave there.
I'm sure she will be fine but I will be praying for her!
