a lot of people feed greenies and a lot don't. I don't necessarily think they are much more dangerous than other chew treats out there...any treat has the potential to cause choking or a blockage. I don't feed them because my dog chews them up too fast...they become more of a quick treat than a chewy. I like Merrick Bully stix.
