I have to wonder...because it seemed that all day today, people were literally driving at least 5 below the speed limit. I had 2 cars in front of me earlier that I swore were cruising in neutral. I thought the guy directly in front of me was doing it because of the car in front of him...but NOPE...the other car was gone and he was still pacing. I could scream!!!! of course, he didn't slow down ONE BIT for the school zone he was going through tho.

I really am in a mood today LOL
