I am thinking about switching my job to HR field... If you work in HR field... what training or education did you get to get involved with HR?

I am thinking about either going to MBA or going for Master in Organizational Psychology. I majored in psych in my undergrad. I just want to hear your experiences. I would love to be in management position..
