I think it is soley your decision. If you want it to be an intimate thing that only you and your husband (and daughter) share, I think that is completely an understandable choice!
My first, I had hubby, mother, mother in law and a ton of interns! LOL I delivered at Stanford hospital and agree'd to share the learning experience with them!
My second was just my hubby and mother in law. I didn't put too much thought into it and have no regrets for either one. It truely is up to only you
