Well I am German ... LOL ... I got married to a US Solder back in 1999 - so wow we will be married 10 years next year !!!
My Husband loves it here ... he loves the food and the Country ... so much to see and places to go. BUT it is nothing like the US ... our Stores close at 8 pm and there not open on Sundays ... hi hi hi and the close at 6 pm on a Saturday.
Shopping sucks .... you can't compare Germany to the US. We have no Tornados or Hurricanes or massive Floods ... well so fare anyways .....
Most Americans that I have meet here don't like it ... you have to Travel to see things ... and they don't.
